🔸7:20pm Door closes. Opening circle, welcome everyone.Team introduction. We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. Set intentions for the day

🔸7:30pm Create a safe container by consenting to workshop guidelines

🔸7:35pm We will play some duo and small group connection games from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, feel nourishment and connections
